Order Charges
Your credit card is charged when you place your order. Please review your entries carefully before submitting. We cannot be responsible for incorrect information such as credit card entries or addresses.
Sales tax is calculated in compliance with state regulations. Each state has its own rules and procedures for the collection of sales tax.
Order Changes/ Cancellations
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please reach out ASAP if you need to request an adjustment of any kind. We have a 30 minute window to attempt any adjustments to the order or cancel it. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled but it can be returned. Please refer to Returns.
Shipping Carrier
We ship from California via USPS First Class or Priority to offer you the most economical rate. Rush orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx. When your item(s) ship, you will receive an email. We are not responsible for delays caused due to weather or mechanical error.
In-Stock Items
Items generally ship within 1-3 business days of ordering.
Back-Orders
Out of stock items will be noted on product page with anticipated date.
Delivery
We ship to the address listed in the order confirmation. Any packages returned due to a wrong or incorrect address will be issued a refund minus the original shipping costs. PLEASE NOTE: We are not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered packages but will work with you and/or the shipping carrier to resolve.
Incorrect, Damaged, or Missing Items
The customer is responsible for inspecting all deliveries within 3 business days of receipt. If you receive a damaged, missing, or incorrect item please notify us within 3 days of receipt.
Returns
We accept returns in new condition in the original packaging. If you are unhappy with your order, you may return it for a full refund, minus the shipping cost, within fourteen days of delivery. You will be responsible for all return shipping costs. To initiate a return, email isabella@studioann.com with the subject “attn. Return” and your order number.
