BUNNY BOOKMARK

Directions

When you download the bunny, you can print it on regular white copy paper. The bunny also looks quite nice printed on light colors of grey, brown, yellow, pink, green or blue. After you have printed and folded the bookmark, it's fun to experiment with all kinds of coloring and painting. Consider a multi-color striped or spotted bunny. How about pink ears and nose?

The numbers below (1-6) can be found on the bunny image.

1. Tear or cut along the wavy line marked with 1's. Stop the cutting or tearing when you come to the end of the wavy line.

2. Mountain fold (see picture below) along the two dotted lines marked with a 2.

3. Mountain fold along the dotted line marked with a 3.

4. Mountain fold along the outer edge of the two solid lines marked 4.

5. Valley fold (see picture below) along the two dotted lines marked with 5's.

6. Valley fold along the two dotted lines marked with 6's.

7. Wrap the ears forward around your thumb, one at a time. Gently squeeze each ear before you unwind it from your thumb. This will give your bunny floppy and curly ears.

8. Now place your bunny bookmark in your favorite picture book (see picture below).
